Mick is retiring. He's worked hard for many years. I don't know many people in this planet who work harder.

This is NOT an attractive look for either of us. That said, we were thrilled to find the other one could do the same trick.
Diana and I first got to know one another when she was working part time at the receptionist desk. We'd spend a few minutes discussing her husband's job, my job working with him and the many people around the world who depended on him.
Then in 2007 we got to know each other even better after traveling to Mexico and Kenya together.
Diana is the outgoing, extrovert of their coupling. However, she spends great amounts of time in the shadow of her husband.
In Diana I know a true, honest person of deep compassion and care.
Whenever we've been involved in meetings or special events I always look across the room to Diana. Over the years of working at Belmont there was on more than one occasion a heated situation. Watching Diana was my barometer to the temperature in the room.
My friend Diana is the smart one in the room. She understands it all.
I love her very much and I am so excited to see that this next portion of her life will be spent with her man... Cuz he'll be retired. I cannot tell you how happy I am about that!
